CLASS POLICIES: Pre-payment of class fees are requested when booking in order to reserve your space. Unpaid bookings will not be kept for more than 48 hours. PLEASE TRY AND PAY WHEN YOU BOOK. All class materials are prepared in advance by our instructors. The Scrapbook Company reserves the right to cancel classes with less than three(3) pre-registered participants. You will then receive credit for a future class of your choice.If you notify us of a cancellation at least 48 hours prior to a class, then a credit for the amount paid will be given to you for another workshop. Cancellations under 48 hours will
result in a forfeit of the full amount of fees paid. You may then collect
your pack. Payment may be made via the internet, credit card or cash. Contact The Scrapbook Company for account details. We kindly accept all major credit cards BUT UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL CHEQUES BE ACCEPTED. To register for a class: Deposit slips must be faxed to our central fax no: 0866 12 5707. Basic Supply Kit:Unless otherwise noted in a class description .....(e.g. beginners class- you only need to bring photos and scissors to a basic beginners class ) ....please bring to theme classes the following basic supplies: Your micro-tip scissors, Acid free adhesive (mounting squares), Acid free glue pen, decorative chalks, foam squares, zots, your 12' Trimmer and fine tip pens and markers - and then Optional Items: Your favourite Scrapbook materials- it always comes in handy- Remember to bring all the tools you have e.g. eyelet setter and hole punch- Remember! What you don’t have- we certainly will ! Please help us to keep our prices competitive by adhering to a few simple house rules: * Unpaid bookings will only be kept for 48 hours. * We love children but please hold them by the hand when enjoying our store. * Children are not allowed at workshops or crop sessions. * Always phone in advance to book for a crop session. * The use of our tools in crop sessions are strictly for use on the relevant pages/album you are working on in the current crop session. In other words you may not use the punches etc. to cut or trace shapes for work at home - The tools are not designed for industrial work, only for domestic personal use. * IF you have completed the Accu-cut course.. DO notify us when booking for a crop session if you plan on making die-cuts in order for our die-cutter to prepare the station for you. *If you don't own a trimmer yet, you are welcome to use ours BUT please bring your own trimmer blade. You may purchase seperate trimmer blades from us which you may the use once you have purchased your own. * Club members crop for free- please donate R5 to our tea/coffee/biscuit fund- fund tin is next to the urn. * Please bring the advertised tools/materials to the class-
Workshops are lots of fun and its here, in our monthly theme classes and crop sessions that you will learn many new and exciting ideas for your baby, toddler, holiday, teens, wedding, safari and gardening albums, fixing your old albums and even the ones you inherited from grannie. Our Workshop can comfortably accomodate 16 scrappers and we offer FREE coffee/tea/snacks and filtered mineral water- There's a large variety of colddrinks, iced teas and fruit juices for sale too !! (you'll never want or need to leave!!...except for visiting the ladies..but thats right next door!!)
It’s great help for school projects and for just keeping the kids busy at home- children LOVE helping and cutting out the fun shapes and designs we use- at home of course! The little ones are like bulls in a chinashop in our store- We know…. We’ve got two little bulls at home! Children visits to the shop are PG-rated so please keep them at bay. Little ones are NOT allowed at the workshop classes. CROP SESSIONS!! Crop sessions are FREE
